August 31st, 2011 — Cornered Cat Tattoo

Long time, no posts. Still on my hiatus but feeling guilty about it every day and planning to return soon. In the meantime, here is another awesome tattoo of the drawing Cornered Cat from December 2009. Thanks for sharing Madison!

July 1st, 2011 — Bea Arthur Wedding Present Commission

Congrats to the happy couple, whoever you are.

June 21st, 2011 — Wedding Invitation

I don’t usually do wedding commissions but drawing these portraits for my brother-in-law Sam and his fiance Isabel was so much fun. They added gold heart confetti that I think worked really well. Can’t wait to watch them tie the knot in August!

May 31st, 2011 — Seahorse Skeleton Tattoo

Based on this seahorse skeleton drawing I did back in 2009. Thanks to Emily for sharing!

April 4th, 2011 — Valecita’s Leopard Tattoo

Another amazing tattoo in my inbox this morning. Thanks Hugo for sending it in!

(This one is based on Valecita’s Leopard)

If you have a tattoo of one of my drawings, please send in a picture. I’d love to collect them all. If you are interested in using one of my drawings for a tattoo, please contact me so that I can give the OK and a hi res file. Can’t wait to see any more that might be out there!

April 3rd, 2011 — Jellyfish Tattoo!

Another tattoo comes out of the woodwork! Thanks Doug for sharing.

(This tattoo was based on the drawing Jellyfish Help to Stir the Oceans)

April 1st, 2011 — Quick Brown Fox Tattoo

This doesn’t happen very often! Up-and-coming australian illustrator and printmaker, Tessa McDonnell just sent me this photo of her new tattoo based on my drawing “The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog”. I love it. Thanks for sharing Tessa!

I should also say that this blog isn’t dead, it’s just on a long break while I deal with some things. I’ll be back on track and posting again soon.
